While some may shy away from the idea of getting wet, Dakota and Ligeia decided not to cancel their engagement session due to the rain. They were down for an adventure and honestly so was I.

As the rain fell on the streets of Harrisburg, there was something undeniably magical about Dakota and Ligeia’s engagement session in the rain. To this day, I think these are some of my favorite photos I have ever taken.

I shoot in Downtown Harrisburg a lot. But never have I shot in the rain like this. It truly transformed the look and feel of the city. From the genuine laughter and looks on their faces, to Harrisburg aglow with the soft spring rain, these photos truly have my heart.

Dakota and Ligeia, you radiate joy. It was a pleasure to capture your joy and I can’t wait to do it again for your wedding day!
