Mike and Alex wanted a classy and elegant engagement session at the Pennsylvania Capitol Building. Their engagement session was during the solar eclipse, so we started on the governor’s balcony and soaked in the once-in-a-lifetime experience. We then made our way through the building, stopping at all of the best spots, using a mix of direct flash, low light, and movement.
